Terms & Conditions

Aneva shall only supply products, and the Purchaser agrees to buy, on the following terms and conditions unless Aneva agrees, in writing, to vary these Terms & Conditions.


Prices quoted in our online store are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Aneva shall be entitled to adjust any price quoted from time to time and does not accept responsibility and is not liable for out of date or erroneous prices set out in its online store.


Aneva accepts payment for purchased products with PayPal and via various credit cards but reserves the right, and has absolute discretion, to accept or decline any order placed with it.


Aneva has made every effort to show the product colour as true to life as possible. However every monitor screen shows colours differently, so we cannot guarantee that the colour you see in our online store is the accurate description of the product. Kindly email us for any further queries on product colours, size, design, etc. and we will seek to respond as soon as possible.


Aneva quality checks all sold products prior to packing and uses best practice to ensure that all orders are properly packed. Products will only be shipped to an Australian address as advised by the Purchaser when ordering online. All products will be shipped free anywhere in Australia with the exception of our GiGi chairs which will incur a $50 shipping fee for delivery outside metropolitan Melbourne. Orders will be shipped by such carrier and such form of transport as considered appropriate by Aneva within 3 working days. Delivery dates are an estimate only as Aneva will not be liable for any part delivery or delay in the shipping of products as a result of events occurring beyond its control and will not in any way be responsible for any consequences both direct and indirect arising from any delay or non-delivery of products. It is most important to Aneva that you are happy with your purchase and that you have an enjoyable shopping experience with us. Please spend adequate time browsing our online store and ensure you choose your products wisely as we do not accept returns unless the delivered products are faulty or damaged. Faulty or damaged products received by you must be reported in writing to us within 5 working days from the date the products are shipped. Aneva has the discretion to either exchange or replace all faulty or damaged products if possible or alternatively provide a refund. Any exchanges, replacement of products or refunds are subject to us receiving the products back within 10 working days of us being notified of the faulty or damaged products. Products must be returned with their original packaging (return shipping costs to be incurred by the Purchaser) and must still be in an unused condition.


If any part of these Terms & Conditions is illegal, invalid or unenforceable at law then the rest of these Terms & Conditions are to be read so as to exclude any such part and will remain enforceable to their fullest extent.


These Terms & Conditions and any further written arrangement between Aneva and the Purchaser shall be governed by the laws of the State of Victoria and are subject to change by Aneva without notice
